Valentine’s Day is the perfect occasion to celebrate love and affection with a delicious dinner including an 8oz AAAA striploin steak, cooked to perfection and paired with juicy black tiger shrimp. The savoury flavours of the steak and shrimp come with sides that are complemented by the fresh taste of asparagus with bearnaise sauce. To round out the meal, rich and creamy garlic mashed potatoes provide a comforting contrast, while a selection of root vegetables adds a touch of colour and variety. For dessert a decadent double chocolate mousse is the ultimate indulgence. To make your night perfect, we are including a bottle of our favourite Red or White – House wine.
